Terms of Service

1. Services

designsprostudio provides digital web design and branding services. All services are delivered digitally. Services include Studio Sites, Product Launches, Identity Work, Conversion Pages, Design Sprints, and Ongoing Design retainers.

2. Orders and confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after payment.

3. Delivery

All deliverables are digital files, links, and documentation delivered via email or shared cloud storage. Estimated timelines are confirmed in writing at project start.

4. Client obligations

Clients must provide accurate briefs, content, and feedback within agreed timeframes. Delays caused by client non-response may extend the delivery timeline.

5. Intellectual property

All final deliverables become client property upon full payment. designsprostudio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lisboa.
