Four phases. No surprises.

The same process in every project. The discipline exists to protect the client and the work.

We ask a lot of questions before we do anything. The market, the customer, the existing positioning, the competition. Most design problems are actually business problems in disguise. We look for those first.

Discovery phase: initial brief, stakeholder interviews, market mapping, competitor visual review, positioning statement.

Strategy and structure before pixels. Information architecture, user flows, content hierarchy. This is the phase that most agencies skip or rush. It is also the phase that determines whether the finished site actually works.

Strategy phase: UX audit (for existing sites), user journey mapping, page structure definition, content brief, design direction presentation.

Design and build in parallel. We present real, complete designs, not low-fidelity sketches. Two structured feedback rounds per deliverable. Every comment documented. Every change tracked. No scope drift.

Execution phase: visual design (desktop and mobile), component build, CMS integration, content entry, performance optimisation.

Launch, handover, and we do not disappear. Every project includes post-launch support. The day you go live is not the end of our involvement. If something breaks or needs adjusting in the weeks after launch, we handle it.

Launch phase: pre-launch checklist, deployment, handover documentation, CMS training, 30-60 days post-launch support.
