Refund Policy

When refunds apply

You may request a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and no substantive work has commenced. If designsprostudio is unable to deliver the agreed service, a full refund is provided.

When refunds do not apply

Once substantive design work has begun on your project, refunds are not available. Projects typically begin within 3-5 business days of confirmed payment. Rush projects (Design Sprint) may begin within 24 hours.

Partial refunds

If a project is cancelled after commencement, a partial refund may be offered proportional to work not yet completed, at designsprostudio discretion.
