Casa Verde: brand identity and e-commerce launch
A Lisbon sustainable home goods brand needed a web presence that matched the care they put into their products.
Casa Verde had a genuine story and quality products, but they were selling exclusively at Lisbon markets. The brief was to build a brand and an online store that could reach customers across Portugal and Spain without losing the handmade feeling. We created a minimal brand identity using natural materials as a visual reference, a Shopify store with a custom theme, and photography direction that the Casa Verde team could replicate themselves. First-month online revenue covered the project cost.
Ponto Digital: product launch site and brand system
A Lisboa fintech startup had three weeks to build a credible web presence before a funding pitch. We delivered in two.
Ponto Digital needed to look like a company that had been operating for three years, not three months. The brief was a launch site, a product explainer, and a brand that signalled institutional credibility. We ran a compressed design sprint: discovery on Monday, directions on Wednesday, approved design on Friday, built and live by end of week two. The pitch closed a seed round.


Estudio Azul: studio website and ongoing design retainer
A Lisboa creative agency wanted a website that showed their work at the quality their work deserved. They became our longest retainer client.
Estudio Azul had won awards but their website showed work from 2019. Every pitch they entered required them to explain the disconnect. We built a new site with a custom case study structure that gave each project the space it needed, a new brand system that balanced their creative personality with commercial credibility, and a CMS that their team could update independently.
