All services are delivered digitally

No physical goods are shipped. All deliverables are provided as digital files, links, or documentation via email or shared cloud folders.

Estimated timelines

Studio Sites: 6-10 weeks. Product Launches: 3-5 weeks. Identity Work: 3-6 weeks. Conversion Pages: 2-3 weeks. Design Sprints: 2 weeks. Ongoing Design: monthly deliverables as agreed.

Start of work

Projects begin within 1-5 business days of confirmed payment, subject to the agreed start date.

Revisions

Each deliverable includes two structured revision rounds. Additional rounds are available at the hourly rate of 31.80 EUR per hour.

Post-launch support

Post-launch support period begins on the day of delivery. Duration varies by plan as specified at time of purchase.
